Enterprise was organized in December 1995 based on RE magnet production workshop of "Elmat" ("Electronic materials) company and Department of R&D Magnet Processing and Special Magnet Systems of the Institute of Electronics (VNIIMET) that, in turn, started their production history in 1983 supplying magnets for special magnetic systems.

Management and engineers of the company have a great experience in magnet area;  most of them have numerous R&D publications and Patents
